Talent: She creates Beautiful rainbows and helps the Pegasus ponies with the weather! She has to use a magic spell to stand on clouds! And yes she does live in Cloudsdale
Personality: She is very sweet and sometimes shy, but no where close to Fluttershy! She is always willing to help others before herself and she is always learning nw things!
